| Although she is considerably older than the rest of the cast and crew, Sheila Mudd Baker considers herself a perpetual 15 year old show-off. She vividly remembers being miffed when her Anderson, Indiana kindergarten teacher assigned her to play a wordless stationary pine tree. By the time she reached first grade, she had a significant speaking role as Mother Goose and has enjoyed acting ever since.
Sheila nearly always falls deeply in love with the characters she plays, creating fully-formed back stories for each of them. She recently played a giant chicken who laid a golden egg in Beechmont Players\u2019 \u201cJack and the Giant\u201d. She says she named the egg \u201cPeeper\u201d and immediately reserved a space for it in a private academic pre-school. Her first full-length film was \u201cDark Target\u201d, released in 2010 by Cinema Lexzikon. When she\u2019s not acting or helping on a film set, Sheila volunteers her time to: Greater Cincinnati Community Shares, Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired\u2019s Radio Reading Services, Toastmasters, Cincinnati City Hall Tour Guides, Cincinnati Municipal Employee Retirees Association, Franciscan Haircuts from the Heart, United Way, Anderson Community Television, Cincinnati CitiCable and the Cincinnati Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
